Lubbock and the West Texas South Plains have a vehicle environment unlike most of the country. The factors that accelerate paint and interior degradation here are significant:
The South Plains agricultural zone generates caliche dust — a calcium carbonate-rich alkaline compound — that becomes airborne during wind events and accumulates on every vehicle in the area. It compacts into carpet fibers, embeds in door jambs, and when wiped dry, scratches clear coat. Our full detail process includes hot-water extraction and mechanical clay bar decontamination specifically to address caliche accumulation.
Lubbock-area water has high mineral content. When it evaporates on a vehicle surface in 100°F+ temperatures, it leaves concentrated calcium and magnesium deposits that etch into clear coat. The spots you see on dark vehicles after rain or a car wash are mineral deposits. Our clay bar and chemical iron fallout removal process strips these before they etch deeper.
263+ sunny days per year. UV Index exceeding 10 from April through September. Leather dries and cracks faster. Clear coat oxidizes faster. Plastic trim fades faster. Our Full Reset & Protect package includes leather conditioning and a 6-month paint sealant that block UV at the surface — significantly slowing these degradation processes.
The South Plains is surrounded by active agricultural operations. Ferrous particles from equipment and field operations become airborne and embed in paint surfaces. These iron particles cause oxidation spots from the inside of the clear coat. Our chemical iron fallout remover — included in the Full Reset and Premium packages — dissolves and removes these particles before they cause lasting damage.
We're at 13209 Frankford Ave, Suite 4, Lubbock TX 79424 — at the 82nd & Frankford intersection. Accessible from Loop 289, the Marsha Sharp Freeway, and Slide Road. Most Lubbock neighborhoods are within 10–20 minutes.
Essential Detail: $195 sedan / $220 SUV / $240 truck. Full Reset & Protect: $350 sedan / $375 SUV / $400 truck. Premium Detail with paint correction: $695 sedan / $795 SUV / $895 truck. Pricing is fixed upfront — no surprises at pickup.
Our Full Reset & Protect — the most popular package — includes: full interior vacuum, interior wipe-down, leather cleaning and conditioning, glass cleaning inside and out, exterior hand wash using a grit-guard two-bucket method, wheel and tire cleaning, clay bar paint decontamination, chemical iron fallout removal, 6-month paint sealant, carpet spot treatment, trim and rubber dressing, and door jambs. See the full list on our detailing page.
We are appointment-based. We typically have same-week availability and occasionally same-day slots. Text or call (806) 855-8042 — we respond same day and can usually confirm an appointment within minutes. Walk-ins are welcome for quotes but we cannot guarantee same-day service without an appointment.
No — most clients drop off and leave. The Essential Detail takes 3–5 hours, the Full Reset 5–7 hours, and the Premium Detail 8–12+ hours for large trucks and SUVs. We text you when the vehicle is ready. Some clients Uber home and back, others get dropped off at work.
We are shop-based only — we do not offer mobile detailing. Our shop environment allows us to use equipment that mobile setups cannot: clay bar decontamination machines, dual-action orbital polishers, hot-water extraction systems, LED lighting for paint inspection, and a climate-controlled bay for proper sealant and ceramic coating curing. Mobile detailing cannot replicate these results.
Same-week availability most weeks. 13209 Frankford Ave, Suite 4, Lubbock TX — text or call, same-day response.
