Searching for ceramic coating or car detailing near you in Lubbock TX? You found the right shop. Paint correction, ceramic coatings, and full details done right in a real studio — not a parking lot. Independently owned, built for West Texas sun, dust, and hard water.
A Rolls-Royce in satin black. No margin for error, no second attempt, and no technique that undoes a mistake. This is the work that decides whether a shop actually knows what it is doing.
A Lamborghini Urus, satin black over every body panel, gloss brake calipers and wheels left as-is. Same rule as the Rolls-Royce — nothing that touches the satin can be what touches the gloss.
Ceramic coating, paint correction, and interior details on real customer vehicles — no stock photos, no borrowed portfolios.
A ceramic coating isn't wax. It chemically bonds to your paint and repels everything West Texas throws at it — for years.
Professional-grade SiO₂ formulas last 2 to 10 years — not weeks like wax.
Water, dirt, and grime bead up and slide off. Fewer washes, easier maintenance.
Bird droppings, bug splatter, and road chemicals can't etch through ceramic.
High SiO₂ and SiC content amplifies paint depth beyond anything wax can achieve.
A quality wax job runs $50–150 and lasts 4–8 weeks. Drag the slider to see what that adds up to over time — and what a ceramic coating gets you instead, for less.
Money spent, gone — and your paint is still unprotected.
Packages run higher for more coverage and longer protection — paid once, working the whole time.
2, 5, and 10-year professional-grade packages. One-step paint correction included. Prices start at $799.
Remove swirls, scratches, and oxidation with our 1, 2, or 3-step correction process. From $250.
Interior and exterior detail packages, interior coatings, and individual add-on services. From $195.
Answer a few quick questions and we'll match you to the right package — then pick a time that works for you.

No shortcuts. Every vehicle goes through the same process whether it's a $30k daily driver or a $200k exotic.
Snow foam and iron fallout remover loosen contamination before we touch the paint. Protects against wash scratches from day one.
Clay bar pulls embedded caliche, rail dust, and road tar. Iron decon removes ferrous particles baked into the clear coat.
RUPES dual-action polisher removes swirl marks, water spots, and oxidation. We correct before we protect — every time.
CarPro ceramic applied panel by panel in our climate-controlled bay. No wind, no dust, no temperature swings affecting the bond.
Full cure time, then a panel-by-panel inspection under dedicated lighting before any vehicle leaves our shop.

Professional ceramic coating installed at our shop on Frankford Ave. Correction-first, and Google reviewed. Packages from $799 — priced upfront, no surprises.
A ceramic coating is not a wax or sealant — it's a semi-permanent layer of SiO₂ or SiC that chemically bonds to your clear coat. Once cured, it adds 9H hardness to your paint's surface, making it significantly more scratch-resistant than bare clear coat against caliche dust, road debris, and South Plains wind.
The coating's hydrophobic surface causes water to bead and roll off instantly — taking Lubbock caliche, hard water minerals from the Ogallala Aquifer, and road grime with it. That means fewer washes, easier cleaning, and no more mineral etch marks left behind when water evaporates on your paint.
UV blockers in the ceramic formula prevent the paint oxidation and fading that Lubbock's 300+ annual sunny days accelerate on unprotected vehicles. For West Texas paint, it's the most cost-effective long-term protection available — outlasting wax by 2 to 10 years.
Full interior and exterior detailing at our Frankford Ave shop — not a driveway, not a parking lot. Three packages, straight pricing, and one vehicle at a time so yours gets full attention from start to finish.
Foam pre-wash, two-bucket hand wash, full interior clean, and a 2-month paint sealant. The right call for a well-kept vehicle that just needs a proper refresh.
Everything in Essential plus iron decontamination, clay bar, leather conditioning, and a 6-month paint protection sealant. The complete reset for any vehicle.
Full Reset & Protect plus 1-step machine paint correction. Swirl marks, haze, and light scratches removed before the sealant. Closest to new-car condition without a full correction.
A car wash removes surface dirt in 5–10 minutes using automated brushes and recycled water — and adds swirl marks every pass. Professional auto detailing removes what a car wash never touches: embedded caliche in your clear coat, iron brake dust bonded to your paint, stains deep in carpet fibers, mineral etch marks from Lubbock's hard water, and biological contamination in upholstery and vents.
A detail also adds protection a car wash never applies — paint sealants, leather conditioners, UV protection on plastics and trim. A car wash maintains the surface. A detail restores and protects every surface.
Interior detailing covers every surface inside your vehicle — carpet and mats, seat upholstery, leather, door panels, dashboard, console, headliner, vents, and all trim. We use professional extraction and steam equipment unavailable to mobile operations.
Common situations we handle: pet hair extraction, child seat stains, tobacco and smoke odor, deep-set mud and caliche in carpet, food spills, and mold or mildew in upholstery. If you've been putting off a proper interior clean because you think it's too far gone — it probably isn't. Call us at (806) 855-8042.
Machine polishing to remove swirl marks, scratches, oxidation, and hard water etching. 1, 2, and 3-step correction available — from a gloss enhancement to a near-showroom transformation. From $200.
Single-pass polish for light haze and dull paint. Brings back gloss and clarity without a full correction process.
One-stage machine correction. Visibly removes swirl marks and light scratches — a real transformation on daily drivers.
Compound + polish. Dramatic improvement on dark paint with heavy swirls. Most popular choice for serious results.
Three-stage cut, compound, and finish polish. Maximum defect removal — the only prep we recommend before ceramic coating.
Ceramic coating is semi-permanent. Once it cures, it locks in whatever condition your paint is in — defects included. A coating applied over swirl marks, oxidation, or hard water etching permanently seals those imperfections under a hardened layer. They don't go away. They get preserved under glass.
That's why paint correction before ceramic coating isn't optional — it's the only way to get the result you're paying for. Every coating package at Delicate Details includes at minimum a 1-step enhancement polish. For vehicles with heavier damage, we recommend 2-step or 3-step correction before coating.
Paint correction can also stand alone — paired with a 6-month sealant or ceramic topper for protection after the polish.
West Texas doesn't just get vehicles dirty — it actively destroys unprotected paint. Here's what you're actually up against.
The South Plains sits on one of the largest caliche deposits in the country. Airborne calcium carbonate acts as a fine abrasive against bare clear coat every time the wind blows — and in Lubbock, the wind always blows. Over months, caliche micro-scratches become the swirl marks and cloudiness you see under direct sunlight. Clay bar treatment removes it. Ceramic coating resists it.
Lubbock averages 263 sunny days per year — well above the national average of 205. At 3,200 feet elevation on the High Plains, UV intensity is higher than at sea level. Unprotected paint oxidizes, fades, and chalks faster here than in most of Texas. A professional-grade ceramic coating with SiO₂ and SiC chemistry blocks UV at a level wax and sealant can't approach.
Lubbock's water supply draws from the Ogallala Aquifer, which carries high concentrations of calcium and magnesium. When that water evaporates on your paint — after a wash, a sprinkler hit, or rain — those minerals etch into the clear coat and leave spots that don't come off with washing. Light etching takes a single-step polish to remove. Deep etching requires paint correction. Ceramic coating's hydrophobic surface causes water to sheet off before it can evaporate and etch.
West Texas haboobs deposit fine abrasive particles across every horizontal and vertical surface in a single pass. A vehicle caught in a dust storm without paint protection accumulates months of micro-scratching in minutes. The same storm on a ceramic-coated vehicle washes off with a rinse — the coating's hardness and hydrophobic properties prevent particle bonding and reduce the scratch risk dramatically.
Lubbock runs on trucks and SUVs. We're built for them — but we take care of everything from daily drivers to exotics.
