Ceramic coating for Heartland vehicles with preparation matched to what the paint actually needs—whether the vehicle is new, maintained, or already marked.
Heartland ceramic coating starts at $799 for a sedan. New paint still receives inspection and decontamination, while visible defects may justify polishing before coating. We explain which preparation is included and which deeper correction would change the quote.
A recently purchased vehicle can arrive with transport residue, dealer-applied products, light wash marks, or an isolated repaired panel. Coating is transparent, so whatever remains in the finish can remain visible underneath it.
For Heartland customers, we wash, decontaminate, inspect, and match the paint preparation to the vehicle before application. Machine polishing is selected after inspection rather than included automatically. If the finish needs additional correction to meet the requested result, we discuss and price it before the scope expands.
Tell us about dealer sealants, coatings, paint-protection film, recent repair, or body-shop work. Unknown products and repaired panels can change the removal, polishing, or cure plan.

Lubbock's environment is harder on vehicles than most people realize.
Sun and heat contribute to long-term weathering, especially on vehicles parked outdoors. A product-specific coating can add a sacrificial, easier-to-clean surface, but it does not make paint immune to fading or clear-coat failure.
Caliche and road dust still settle on coated paint. Hydrophobic behavior may help during a thorough pre-rinse and wash, but the coating does not block grit or prevent scratches from wiping a dusty surface.
Mineral residue can still dry on coated paint and cause spotting or etching. Hydrophobic behavior can make water easier to remove, but prompt drying and safe spot treatment remain necessary.
Ferrous residue can remain bonded to an unprotected surface after ordinary washing. Ceramic coating can make routine cleanup easier, but it does not stop contamination from reaching the vehicle.
We normally reserve a full-day or overnight window for inspection, condition-matched preparation, application, and initial cure steps. Actual pickup timing depends on the vehicle, approved scope, product instructions, and shop conditions; we confirm it with the appointment.
Not automatically. A transparent coating does not hide existing defects, but polishing removes measurable material and should match the paint and desired result. We inspect the finish first, use the least aggressive effective preparation, and confirm any added correction before work begins.
SiO2 and SiC describe parts of a coating's chemistry, but the labels alone do not predict real-world performance. Compare the installed product, preparation, covered surfaces, service term, maintenance requirements, and exclusions. We explain those details for each offered tier before installation.
Follow the written pickup instructions for the coating installed on your vehicle. Cure and first-wash guidance can vary by product and conditions. If the vehicle gets wet or contaminated early, contact us before wiping or washing it.
