By using the services of Delicate Details or this website, you agree to the following terms.
Delicate Details provides professional auto detailing, paint correction, ceramic coating, and related vehicle-care services in Lubbock, TX. Unless a page identifies a fixed membership rate, pricing shown on this website is a starting estimate. Final one-time service pricing is determined after a vehicle inspection and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and scope of work.
We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. No-shows and last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee at our discretion.
A detailing membership renews automatically each month at the price shown during checkout until canceled. Each billing month includes one visit for the same enrolled vehicle; unused visits do not roll over. The vehicle must remain in maintenance condition. Initial reset work, heavy contamination, hazardous material, restoration, paint correction, oversized or specialty vehicles, and work beyond the plan's listed scope are priced separately with approval before service.
A founding rate remains attached to the same vehicle only while that membership stays continuously active and payments remain current. Canceling or allowing the membership to lapse ends the founding-rate lock. To cancel or discuss a billing issue, call or text (806) 855-8042. We will confirm the effective cancellation date and any already-scheduled visit.
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, Venmo, and Cash App for eligible service balances. Online appointment deposits and monthly memberships are processed through Square. A required deposit reserves the appointment and is applied to the confirmed service total, subject to the cancellation terms above.
For qualifying higher-ticket, one-time services, we may provide a financing-enabled Stripe checkout by request. Any pay-over-time option is offered by an independent payment provider, not by Delicate Details. Approval, eligibility, rates, fees, payment schedules, credit reporting, and all other financing terms are determined solely by that provider. Financing is not guaranteed and is not used for recurring membership charges. See our Payment Options & Financing page for current details.
By leaving your vehicle with us, you confirm that you are the owner or have authorization to authorize services. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or items left in the vehicle.
Ceramic coating packages include a limited warranty provided by Delicate Details, conditioned on completion of the included annual maintenance visits. Full coverage details, exclusions, and claim procedures are published in our Protection Program Terms. Warranty coverage requires proper care, including avoidance of automatic brush car washes.
Delicate Details is not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from our services beyond the cost of the service performed. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
