Between-guest cleanup and a deeper reset are different jobs. Inspect touchpoints, glass, floors, seats, cargo areas, odors, stains, pet hair, and exterior contamination before choosing a package. Share the next pickup deadline when requesting an appointment; timing is confirmed for the specific vehicle and approved scope.
If you host rental vehicles around Lubbock, a repeatable condition check helps you separate routine cleanup from work that needs a deeper package or separately approved add-on. Detailing can improve cleanliness and suitable cosmetic issues, but it cannot guarantee a rating, review, booking rate, income, or resale result.
Turnaround vs Reset
A maintained vehicle may only need the published Essential Detail: exterior hand wash, wheels and tires, 2–3 month paint sealant, interior vacuum, and surface wipe-down. Stains, embedded debris, pet hair, odor sources, biological contamination, or bonded exterior contamination may require Full Reset & Protect or separately approved work after inspection.
Inspect the Interior Before Selecting a Package
Check the steering wheel, shifter, door handles, cupholders, glass, seats, carpet, mats, cargo area, headliner, and vents. Photograph stains, tears, burns, broken trim, and persistent odors. Some damage requires repair or replacement rather than additional cleaning, and ozone or fragrance should never be treated as a substitute for finding an odor source.
Choose Protection for Maintenance, Not Damage Prevention
A compatible sealant or coating can make routine exterior washing easier when it is prepared and maintained correctly. It does not prevent scratches, rock chips, curb damage, water spots, stains, or guest damage, and it does not guarantee a higher resale price. Compare the installed cost and care requirements with vehicle use, storage, wash process, and planned ownership period.
Scheduling Around Bookings
Delicate Details is appointment-only and shop-based. Send the vehicle, requested package, condition notes, photos, approved add-ons, and next guest pickup deadline. We confirm whether the available appointment and expected completion window fit the request before work begins.
If you run more than one vehicle, say so when you call. Scheduling several vehicles on a recurring basis is a different conversation than a one-off detail, and it's easier for both of us to plan around your booking calendar.
For multiple vehicles, send a separate line for each unit with its condition and deadline. Vehicle count, condition, package scope, product instructions, and current shop capacity all affect scheduling; recurring availability is confirmed rather than assumed.
