Turnaround vs Reset
Two different jobs. Between guests you need a fast, consistent turnaround — interior wiped, glass clean, vacuumed, no smell. Every so often the vehicle needs an actual reset, because months of different drivers put wear into carpet and upholstery that a turnaround wipe doesn't touch.
The Interior Is What Gets Reviewed
Guests notice smell and touchpoints — the steering wheel, shifter, door handles, cupholders. Those are the surfaces that read as clean or not clean within about ten seconds of getting in. Paint gloss matters for your listing photos; the interior matters for the review.
Protecting the Asset, Not Just Cleaning It
A rental vehicle takes more abuse than a personal one and it's an asset you intend to resell. Interior protection on the seats, and a coating or sealant on the paint, both reduce how much damage accumulates between details. That shows up later in resale condition, not just guest reviews.
Scheduling Around Bookings
The hard part is fitting detailing into gaps between reservations. We're appointment-only and shop-based, which means predictable slots — tell us the window and we'll work to it. Drop-off in the morning is usually the cleanest fit for a same-day turnaround.
If you run more than one vehicle, say so when you call. Scheduling several vehicles on a recurring basis is a different conversation than a one-off detail, and it's easier for both of us to plan around your booking calendar.
Cleanliness compounds on a rental listing — better reviews mean more bookings, which means the detailing pays for itself faster than it does on a personal vehicle.
